Yatra Registration: The Vaishno Devi yatra needs a free RFID registration/yatra slip from the Shrine Board (at Katra or online). We arrange it and guide you through the process.
The Trek: It is about 12–13 km from Katra to the Bhawan. You can walk, or take a pony, palki, battery car or helicopter (Katra–Sanjichhat) for most of the climb.
Best Time: March–October is pleasant; the Navratri period is the busiest. Winters are cold with occasional snow near the top.
How to Reach: Fly to Jammu (IXJ) or take the train to Katra (SVDK); it is a short drive to the base. We handle all transfers.

The helicopter flies from Katra helipad to Sanjichhat, close to the Bhawan, covering most of the climb in a few minutes. From Sanjichhat it is a short walk (or battery car/pony) to the shrine.
Yes - it is the most comfortable option, avoiding the long trek. It is ideal for seniors, families with children, and anyone with limited time or mobility.
Yes - flights are weather-dependent and can be delayed or cancelled. If that happens, we help you complete the darshan by battery car/pony or reschedule where possible.
Yes - the RFID registration is required regardless of how you ascend. We arrange it for you.
As early as possible - helicopter tickets are limited and in high demand, especially in peak season and Navratri. We book them in advance on your behalf.
Yes - many pilgrims fly one way and walk/pony the other. Tell us your preference and we will arrange the combination.
