Two to three days is ideal - a day for Ujjain (Mahakal, Harsiddhi, Kaal Bhairav and the Shipra ghats) and a day for Omkareshwar (the Jyotirlinga, Mamleshwar and the Narmada). Our 2N/3D tour covers both comfortably.
The nearest airport and railhead is Indore - about 55 km from Ujjain and 75 km from Omkareshwar. We handle all transfers by private cab.
Ujjain and Omkareshwar are year-round destinations. October to March is the most pleasant; Mahashivratri and the Shravan month are especially vibrant but crowded. The monsoon fills the Narmada beautifully.
