Weather-Dependent Flights: All helicopter operations depend on weather and visibility. Slots are allotted by the operator on the day. If a flight is cancelled, we rebook the next available slot or refund the heli portion as per operator policy.
Baggage Limit: Helicopters have a strict per-person weight limit (typically ~5–7 kg hand baggage). Carry a small daypack for darshan; the rest stays safely at your hotel.
Registration is Mandatory: Kedarnath/Char Dham yatra registration is compulsory. Share your ID and photos in advance and we'll complete it for you.
Temple Season: Kedarnath opens around late April/early May and closes around Oct/Nov each year. Dates are governed by the temple committee.
Health & Altitude: Kedarnath is at ~11,755 ft. Travellers with heart or respiratory conditions should consult a doctor before booking.

No. The helicopter flies you directly to the Kedarnath helipad, which is only a short 4–5 minute walk from the temple. Palki and pony are available at the helipad if you need assistance. You completely skip the 16–18 km trek from Gaurikund.
Helicopter operations are entirely weather- and visibility-dependent. If a flight is cancelled, we rebook you on the next available slot the same or next day. If it cannot operate at all, the helicopter portion is refunded as per the operator's policy, or a trek-based alternative is offered.
Yes — Char Dham / Kedarnath yatra registration is mandatory for every traveller. Yatraved handles your registration as part of the package; we only need your ID details and photographs in advance.

The temple is open from late April/early May until the season closes around Oct/Nov. May–June and September–October offer the clearest flying weather. The monsoon months (July–August) carry a higher chance of weather-related helicopter delays.
The yatra starts and ends at Dehradun. You can reach Dehradun by flight (Jolly Grant Airport), train, or bus. We pick you up from the airport, railway station, or ISBT on Day 1, and drop you back at Dehradun on Day 3 evening (book onward travel after 7 PM).
