The terms that apply when you book and travel with Yatraved.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.yatraved.com (the "Website") and your booking of any trip, tour, or service offered by Yatraved ("Yatraved", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Website or booking a trip, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

Yatraved offers group trips, weekend getaways, customised tours, and pilgrimage packages across India and internationally. We arrange travel components such as accommodation, transport, sightseeing, and trip-captain services, often through trusted third-party providers.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance or full payment and issue a confirmation.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details (name, age, contact, ID). Incorrect information may affect your booking, permits, or travel.
  • Seats and batch dates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
  • Applicable taxes (such as GST) are charged in addition to the package price unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments can be made via the methods we offer (such as UPI, cards, net banking, or EMI). Certain bookings may be secured with a partial advance, with the balance payable before departure as communicated to you.
  • Trips proceed only when payments are completed as per the agreed schedule.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Unless a different policy is stated for a specific trip, the following applies to group trips:

  • Cancellations 30 or more days before departure: full refund minus a processing fee.
  • Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 75% refund.
  • Cancellations 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of departure, or no-shows: non-refundable.
  • One free rescheduling is generally allowed per booking, subject to availability.

Certain components (such as flights, helicopter tickets, permits, and special-event bookings) may be non-refundable once booked. The exact cancellation terms for your trip will be shared in writing before payment.

5. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

Itineraries are planned in advance, but mountain and travel conditions can change. We reserve the right to modify routes, stops, accommodation, or activities in the interest of safety and smooth operation. We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural events, road closures, landslides, strikes, accidents, technical failures, government action, or other "acts of God". Any additional costs arising from such situations (for example, arranging alternative transport) may be borne by the traveller.

6. Traveller Responsibilities & Conduct

  • Carry a valid government-issued photo ID and any documents required for your trip (including permits and, for international trips, a valid passport and visa).
  • Follow the guidance of your trip captain and reach pick-up points on time. Delays caused by a traveller are that traveller's responsibility.
  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, and weapons are strictly prohibited on our trips.
  • We may remove any traveller who behaves unlawfully, endangers others, or repeatedly disregards instructions — without refund.

7. Health, Fitness & Risk

Some trips involve high altitude, long drives, treks, or physically demanding activities. You confirm that you are medically fit for the trip you book and will disclose any relevant medical conditions in advance. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. You participate in all activities at your own risk.

8. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own belongings throughout the trip. Yatraved is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, baggage, or valuables.

9. Photography & Media

We may capture photos and videos during trips for our records and promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform your trip captain in writing, and we will make reasonable efforts to honour your request.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

Accommodation, transport, airlines, and activity partners are independent third parties. While we select partners carefully, their own terms and conditions also apply, and we act as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yatraved's total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Website content, images, and pricing are provided for general information and may change without notice.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Yatraved or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

13. Privacy

Your use of our Website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
