Tomorrowland comes to Asia for the first time on 11, 12 and 13 December 2026, at Wisdom Valley near Pattaya. What will it actually cost from India? Here is a line-by-line Tomorrowland Thailand budget — pass, hotel, flights, daily cars, food and the extras people forget — with worked totals for a couple, a group of 4 and a group of 8.

The short answer
Expect roughly ₹2.3 to 2.4 lakh per person all-in, with the pass as the biggest line. Stay plus airport transfers start at ₹30,600 per person; stay plus transfers plus a 3-day pass starts at ₹1,79,100 per person. Flights, daily cars, food, SIM and insurance add about ₹50,000 to ₹60,000.
1. The festival pass: 49,500 THB (~₹1,48,500)
Official passes and hotel packages are sold out on the official site (face prices were 12,500 THB for the 3-day Full Madness Pass and 5,100 THB for a Day Pass). Two checks first: the festival is 20+ (born in 2006 only if your 20th birthday falls before the festival), and your passport is the ID checked against the bracelet.
2. Hotel + airport transfers: 4 nights in Pattaya
There is no camping or DreamVille; everyone stays in hotels, and Pattaya is the obvious base, about 30 minutes from the venue by road (Bangkok is roughly 90 minutes and too far for three festival nights). Our package covers 4 nights, 10 to 14 December, daily breakfast and private return transfers between Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and your Pattaya hotel. Prices are per person and fall as the group grows.

3. Return flights: typically ₹18,000 to ₹30,000
Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata fly to Bangkok in 4 to 5 hours. Booked by early November, December return economy fares are typically ₹18,000 to ₹30,000; they rise sharply closer to the date, and the festival weekend adds demand, so this is the line where waiting costs real money. U-Tapao (UTP) is closer to Pattaya but has very few flights, so plan on BKK, which our transfers are built around. Flights are not in the package, but we can add them.
4. Daily transfers to Wisdom Valley: estimate 600 to 1,500 THB per car per trip
You travel to the venue and back on each of the three festival days, so budget six one-way trips by Grab or Bolt (app cabs) or a pre-arranged private car. As a planning estimate, allow 600 to 1,500 THB per car per trip depending on vehicle size, time of day and festival traffic; the late-night return is when demand peaks and app fares climb. A sedan for two at around 1,000 THB per trip is 6,000 THB, or 3,000 THB (~₹9,000) each. An SUV for four at around 1,200 THB is 7,200 THB, or 1,800 THB (~₹5,400) each. A van for eight at around 1,500 THB is 9,000 THB, or 1,125 THB (~₹3,375) each. We can arrange private cars on request, which fixes the price and saves you queuing for a cab at 1 am.

Breakfast is included every day. Beyond that, split the food budget in two (both estimates):
- Inside the festival (3 days): on-site food and drink costs more than on the street; allow 1,500 to 2,500 THB per day. Three days at 2,000 THB is 6,000 THB (~₹18,000).
- Outside the festival (lunches, arrival and departure days): Pattaya street food and casual restaurants are good value; 500 to 1,000 THB per day is comfortable. Four days at 750 THB is 3,000 THB (~₹9,000).
A comfortable total is about 8,000 to 9,000 THB (~₹24,000 to ₹27,000); a careful traveller who eats in town before heading in can keep it near 6,000 THB (~₹18,000).
6. The small extras: SIM, forex, insurance, taxes
- Thai SIM or eSIM: roughly ₹800 to ₹1,200 for a tourist data pack (estimate). You need data for Grab, Bolt and the festival app.
- Forex: carry some Thai Baht in cash plus a forex card. Thai ATMs charge foreign cards a fee per withdrawal, so one or two large withdrawals beat many small ones. Allow a few hundred rupees for charges.
- Travel insurance: not included and strongly recommended; a basic one-week Thailand policy is typically ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 (estimate).
- Visa: ₹0. Indians are currently visa-free for tourism in Thailand for up to 60 days. Fill the free Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before flying, and carry a passport valid 6+ months, return ticket and hotel proof. See our Thailand visa guide for Indians.
- GST and TCS: GST and TCS (Tax Collected at Source on overseas tour packages) apply as per prevailing rules and are shown separately on your quote. TCS is adjusted against your income tax later, but it does affect the cash you pay upfront, so ask us for the exact figure.

Total: ₹1,48,500 + 30,600 + 22,000 + 3,375 + 24,000 + 3,000 = ₹2,31,475 per person, or ₹18,51,800 for the group. Pass + stay alone is ₹1,79,100 per person, the lowest combination we offer.
The pass is roughly 60 to 65 percent of the whole trip. Hotel, flights, cars and food are where a group of friends can genuinely save, by sharing rooms and vehicles and booking flights now rather than in December.
How the exchange rate changes your bill
Our prices are set in Thai Baht. We use about 3.00 INR per THB as an indicative rate; the final INR is calculated at the rate on your payment date. On a couple's pass plus stay of 61,100 THB each, every 0.05 change in the rate moves the bill by about ₹3,055 per person. Payment is 70 percent at booking confirmation and 30 percent before check-in, so there are two payment dates and potentially two rates. Cancellation within 21 days of arrival carries a 100 percent charge (hotels impose full charges), and hotels may take a refundable security deposit at check-in.
Six ways to bring the cost down
- Travel as a group. Eight friends pay ₹30,600 each for the stay against ₹34,800 for a couple, and the daily van costs about a third of a couple's sedan per head.
- Book flights by early November. The typical ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 window closes fast as December fares climb.
- Lock the rate before 20 November. Package and pass prices are valid until 20 November 2026; after that we re-quote, and festival-night hotel inventory only gets tighter.
- Eat in Pattaya before you go in. A proper lunch in town and a lighter spend inside can knock 2,000 to 3,000 THB off the trip.
- Fix venue transport in advance. A pre-booked private car is a known cost; a surge-priced app cab at 1 am is not.
- Withdraw cash once, not five times. Thai ATMs charge a fee per withdrawal, so load a forex card before you fly.
